Awarded to an individual, (Administrator, Coach or Official) for their voluntary contribution to local sport over a lengthy period of time. The individual must be associated with a sport, activity or voluntary organisation recognised by Sport Scotland. As this award is for a voluntary contribution, the nominee must not be receiving or have received any remuneration for this contribution.
Forms should be returned online or by email, to reach the Secretary no later than 24 Dec 2023. Photograph(s) of the nominee included (in electronic format that can be projected to a larger size).
