The meaning of words and expressions used in these Terms and Conditions

“you” and “your” mean users of this website and/or its content;

“we”, “us” and “our” mean East Fife Sports Council;

“website” means the internet web pages available using the domain name www.eastfifesportscouncil.org.uk

The website is primarily designed to be used by residents of the United Kingdom.  The website complies with the laws of the United Kingdom and may not comply with the laws of other countries.  It may be an offence to use the website in other countries. 

The copyright in the website

We own the copyright in the website (© East Fife Sports Council) including the style of the website; its organisation and layout, its content and the technical bits that make it work. Links to and from the website

If you want to set up a link from another website to our website you must obtain our written permission in advance.  We will normally be happy to allow links to be created but, to avoid any confusion caused to people using such a link, we require to authorise every link before it is put in place.
