East Fife Sports Council Funding
East Fife Sports Council can help obtain funding for your club. From the smallest of projects to major development schemes. Whilst EFSC can give small grants we can also assist with obtaining funding from National Lottery, Awards for All etc
GRANT SCHEME
EFSC can help fund the following:-
Club Promotion
EFSC can fund publicity materials to promote club activities and club events e.g. flyers, banners, posters, medals, trophies, stickers, bags and water bottles.
Coaching
If you would like a professional coach to visit or take a one off session you can apply for the cost if the coach is not a member from your own club.
If your club runs taster sessions (for example Active Schools sessions, Holiday Clubs, Sports Festivals) to develop a new section or increase membership, then you can apply to cover the cost of a coach. You may also be able to apply for other costs through a development grant.
National & International Events
Assistance is available from the Sports Council to help clubs compete at national or international level events. Written evidence should be provided confirming that their participation is through competitive qualification. Maximum grant available to a club is £500 in any one financial year.
Club Development Project
We may fund any projects or initiatives to further develop your club, such as new sections, volunteer development (e.g. child protection or other workshops) tasters, conferences, events, website development, member development, signage or any other you feel are appropriate.
Special Projects
If there are any projects or initiatives which require long term funding over a few years for example to create a community sports hub, or an expansion program or any other you feel are appropriate, then we may be able to help.
